We are excited to have the opportunity to introduce STEM to all students here at Deep Run through a school-wide event this year! Though we will not be holding an evening STEM Information Night, we will be teaming up with Career Day to offer STEM-related presenters in each grade level. This way, we can introduce STEM to ALL students at Deep Run!

 

We WILL be holding our annual STEM Fair for the students to showcase their projects in May. Prior to the STEM Fair, each team will hold a “kick off” event in their pod, where students will see sample projects and receive information about the STEM Fair and the project expectations.

 

As always, STEM Fair projects are optional for grades K-3, and mandatory for grades 4-5. More information will be coming, but it is never to early to start brainstorming ideas!
