Do you know the school psychologist at your child’s school? Every HCPSS school has at least one school psychologist on staff.   At Deep Run Elementary, Amy Manner is our full-time school psychologist and Dan Carr is with us one day a week.  While Mrs. Manner has been on maternity leave, Theresa Serkes, Mary Nalepa, and Jennifer Lage have been subbing for her.  Mrs. Manner will return after winter break.

School psychologists work with students, staff, and families to promote the social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success of all students and to ensure a safe and nurturing school environment. School psychologists provide services based on the individual needs of their schools.
