5th graders are highly encourged to attend--there are a number of items for each 5th grader to pick up.

Procedures for Drop Off/Pick Up
    •    This is a drive through procedure. Cars will stop at designated stations to drop off or pick up materials.  
    •    All cars will enter the DRES Bus Loop by moving through our normal DRES Car Loop line on Old Waterloo Road. 
    •    Students and families should remain in their cars and adhere to social distancing guidelines through the drop off
    •    Students and family members must wear masks.  
    •    Upon arrival, cars will proceed to the Check In Station where they will receive a sheet with their student’s name written on it to display on their car dashboard.
    •     Items to be returned to (school) must be placed in a plastic/shopping/grocery bag or box labeled with the student’s first and last name. (The bag/box will not be returned.)
    •    Students/parents must follow the directions of staff as they enter the school bus loop
    •    At the different stations, a staff member will provide student belongings/collect any school items. Each student/parent will travel through (#) stations during this process.
    ◦    Station 1 - Check-in 
    ◦    Station 2 - Pick-up student belongings
    ◦    Station 3 - Drop off school instruments
    ◦    Station 4 - Drop off GT textbooks/Chromebooks (students LEAVING HCPSS)- Hotspot pick up
    ◦    Station 5 - Pick Up Medications/Medical Equipment
    ◦    Station 6-  PTA Pick Up (Hershey Park Tickets, 5th Grade Awards)
