Columbia Community Care provides families in the community with food and supplies due to the effects of Coronavirus such as unemployment and financial challenges.

If you are in need and have NO transportation to one of our five sites*, you may order home delivery through this form. Please note that delivery will take between 5-7 days.

****If you do not provide a working phone number and answer your phone from 8-10am on the morning we are to deliver the groceries, then we will NOT be able to provide your food that day. ***

If you do not have the correct complete address with apartment number, we can not fulfill your order.

You may re-order food 7 days after receiving your order. If you re-order before the 7 days, then we will delete your order completely and not fulfill it.

If you are in urgent need and have transportation, we encourage you to visit one of our sites for faster service. If you have any questions, please email columbiacommunitycare@gmail.com.
