Jump Into Kindergarten for Students and Their Parents Going to Kindergarten Next School Year Monday, May 23
Families can visit a kindergarten classroom. Parents will learn tips and tricks for a smooth transition to kindergarten. Children will enjoy some fun kindergarten activities. 6:15-7:30 in the cafeteria.
Mayfield Middle School Food Truck Event May 24th
Please visit Mayfield Woods Middle School on the evening of Tuesday May24 for their food truck event! Mayfield would love to meet the new families attending 6th grade in the 22-23 school year. Don't have any kids attending MWMS that is ok. Come mingle with the community and get some dinner from their local food trucks!

Parent Involvement Survey--English and Espanol
As you may know, Deep Run (DRES) is a Schoolwide Title I School. Parent Involvement is an important part of Title I. DRES and Howard County Public Schools (HCPSS) value your input and partnership in supporting the academic success of your child. Rockin Ranger School Store
The Rockin' Ranger School Store is open for student shopping on the stage in the cafeteria from 9:10-9:25am on alternating Wednesdays for primary/K-2 and intermediate/3-5 (see schedule below). Click here to see the types of items available to purchase with prices. There is a $5 maximum for purchases. There will be an opportunity for students on late buses, safety patrols, and others to order items and have them delivered to their classroom.
